CRM Information Collected by Pico

What Audience Data does Pico store?

What CRM information is collected by Pico?

Basic information on the audience members (device, location, etc) can be found in the CRM tool of the publisher dashboard, which can be exported as a comma-separated value (CSV) file.  You can find the export link by navigating to your CRM page and clicking the three dots in the upper right hand corner.

Some optional fields, like Gender and DOB can be found if the user linked with Facebook and allowed this information to be shared with Pico.  Stripe does not require this information during payment process.

The CRM tab in the Publisher Dashboard contains a complete list of anybody registered or subscribed to a Pico account. There is a column for "membership" type that can help segment different users between paying/non-paying.

This information can be synced with Mailchimp as part of the segmentation process.
